Are there any age restrictions at the hotel?
In order to stay at Inntel Hotels Utrecht Centre, a minimum age of 18 applies to all staying guests. Guests under 18 must send written permission + copy of ID from parents and/or guardian.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
No, smoking in the hotel is not allowed. All rooms are equipped with a smoke detector. Those who do smoke inside can expect a fine of € 150, -. Smoking is allowed outside the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
A small dog is allowed for a fee. When booking, please indicate that you are taking your dog with you. All other pets are not allowed.

You can bring your own food and drinks to the hotel room. There are also vending machines in the hallway with various snacks and drinks.

It’s possible to buy a gift card from Inntel Hotels and select an amount of your choice.
I have a gift card. How can I make a reservation?
You can redeem a gift card by contacting the reservations department of the desired hotel. You can reach them by phone or e-mail reservationsutrecht@inntelhotels.nl.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the Inntel Hotels gift card when booking a room online. The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The gift card must be presented physically as a means of payment.
- The gift card can be used as a means of payment for overnight stays and restaurant expenses at the hotel.
- A gift card has a minimum value of €50.
- A gift card can be redeemed in all Inntel Hotels.

At what time can I check-in?
Check-in at Inntel Hotels Utrecht Centre starts at 3:00 PM. Based on the availability, an earlier check-in time can be requested via the reservation department. This is always a request and cannot be guaranteed. It’s possible to leave the luggage at the reception free of charge when the room is not ready yet.
At what time can I check-out?
Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Is it possible to check-in earlier?
An early check-in is possible if the availability allows this
Is a late check-out possible?
A late check-out is possible until 6:00 PM if the availability allows this.
What are the costs for a late check-out?
The costs are € 15,- for each hour you wish to stay longer in the room.

There are no disabled access rooms. However, there are possibilities for a shower chair in the room.

The housekeeping team has high hygiene protocols and does its utmost to deliver the hotel rooms as clean as possible. We cannot guarantee that the rooms are allergy free.

I don’t have a credit card. How can I make a reservation?
Please contact the reception desk, they can make a reservation for you by phone.
I received a payment link. What is a payment link? And how does it work?
Via a payment link you can securely make the payment to the hotel online. You will receive the link by e-mail. If you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to your bank. Here you can log in and agree to the payment. After we have received the payment, your reservation is guaranteed.
Is a deposit or prepayment required?
There are several room types for which a deposit is required. Check your reservation details or contact the reservation department for more information. You can reach them via reservationsutrecht@inntelhotels.nl.
How long does it take until I receive my deposit back on my credit card?
The deposit will be refunded during check-out, or if an authorization has been made, it will be released during check-out. It depends on your bank, how long it takes until you receive the deposit.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes, please inform the reception team and they will prepare an invoice for you.
I have booked an overnight stay on another website and I would like to change/cancel my reservation. How do I change/cancel my reservation?
Reservations placed on another website can be changed via the travel agent itself. They are happy to help you.
I have booked a non-refundable room. Can I still change or cancel?
By choosing this special rate with restrictions, you have agreed to the condition that this reservation can’t be changed. Unfortunately, we can’t make an exception.
