Live communicating has a new meaning in 2020. Meetings take place both live at an appropriate distance, as well as an online broadcast. With creative solutions and adjustments by the organiser and the host, all safety regulations are met while the experience and impact of the event for all the participants remain. A hybrid form of an event can be applied in several ways. The live stream can be accessed only as webcast, partly on location, online and/or displayed in different meeting rooms.

Your safety

Your safety and that of the team is our priority. Inntel Hotels is the first hotel group tested and certified in Covid-19 preventive measures by Safe Health Protocol. National regulations and industry specific guidelines are applied, as well as various additional precautions by Inntel Hotels itself. The table and chair set ups are spacious. Through one-way floor lines participants are guided through the meeting rooms. Drinks and dishes will be presented in an adjusted and safe manner. Think of grab-and-go buffets or a plated lunch or dinner.
